Privacy Policy
What Mathura Club does and doesn't do with information about you.
The short version
Mathura Club is a static informational website, owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited, an Evavel Group Company. We don't run user accounts, we don't sell anything on-site, and we don't operate ad networks that track you across the web. Most of what follows exists because it's good practice to be explicit, not because this site does anything unusual with your data.
Information we receive automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) logs standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — for security and reliability purposes. We don't have a separate analytics or advertising tracker installed beyond what our host itself may log. If that changes, this page will be updated with the specific service added.
Information you give us directly
If you email us through the address on our Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email — typically your email address and message content. We use this only to respond to you, and to consider corrections or business listings for the Directory. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. If we ever add analytics or embedded content (like a map) that sets cookies through a third party, we'll disclose it here specifically rather than leaving this section vague.
Third-party embeds
Some pages may embed a Google Maps view to help you locate places mentioned in the guide. Google's own privacy policy governs any data collected through that embed, independent of this site.
Children's privacy
This site is a general-audience travel guide and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above rather than changing behavior silently.
